I’m Eileen Piñeiro . Miami-born, fast-moving, and known for turning campaign chaos into disciplined, relentless fundraising power.
For over a decade, I’ve built donor networks from scratch, rescued campaigns on life support, and helped long-shot candidates become contenders.
I do this work for one reason: I’m tired of watching the wrong people win.
Great leaders lose when they’re out-organized — not outmatched. My mission is to level the playing field by giving candidates the structure, strategy, and fundraising systems they need to actually compete.
I build fundraising machines that strengthen campaigns, not drain them.
And I teach leaders to run them with confidence, clarity, and momentum.
